# How do I Add a Sample to an In Progress METRC/BioTrack Order?

1. Go to **Orders** in the menu bar, then select the desired In Progress Order
2. In the Complete or Cancel box, click **Edit Order**
3. On the right side, select **Add Sample from METRC or Add Sample from BioTrack**
4. Enter the METRC package tag number or Biotrack IDs. Verify that the information populated corresponds with the correct sample
5. The new sample will auto populate some information. Now input the remaining information about the sample, select the desired test package, and **Save**
6. Finish the check out process for the Order
