# How do I Add a Signature for a Team Member?

## Admins can upload and edit team member signatures in the Laboratory Settings.

1. Navigate to **Settings -> Laboratory -> Team**
2. Set the **Signatory Title** for the Team Member in the **Signatory Title** column by clicking the pencil icon.

3. Drag and drop or click on the box in the **Signature Image** column to upload the signature image that should be applied for the team member.  
   NOTE: Signature image files should be in JPG or PNG format. Prior to uploading, try to crop the image to a reasonable size.

4. To set a default signatory, select the check box next to the User's name that you would like to be defaulted in the "Default Signatory" column.
