# How do I Close an Account?

If you have a paid integration subscription, please submit your request to [support@confidentlims.com](mailto:support@confidentlims.com)

For any other account, the owner of the account can close it by logging into **Account \> Settings \> Organization \> General \> Close account (at the bottom of the page)**. Otherwise, please email us for assistance at [support@confidentlims.com](mailto:support@confidentlims.com)
