To Log Initial Sample Inventory Weight or Weight on Hand
In the Orders page, when verifying an order
- Enter the Initial Weight on Hand for each sample in the order
- Select the appropriate units in the unit drop down
- Save the Initial Weight on Hand to log the Initial Weight
To Edit, Adjust, or Decrease Sample Inventory Weights for an Entire Order
To update Sample Inventory Weights or Sample Weight on Hand for an entire Order
- Navigate to the Order that has the sample(s) that need updated
- Select Order Actions -> Adjust Weight
- A window will appear with all of the samples in that Order
- Select the tab for what action you would like to perform
- Decrease Weight
- Increase Weight
- Edit Initial Weight
- Enter the desired amount or weight under the appropriate column
- Select a Reason in the drop down, if applicable (Other)
- Save your changes
To Edit, Adjust, or Decrease Sample Inventory Weights for a Single Sample
To update Sample Inventory Weights or Sample Weight on Hand for a Single Sample
- Navigate to Sample that needs updated
- Select Weight to view the Sample Weight Log
- Select Change Weight
- A window will appear to update the Weight on Hand for that Sample
- Select the tab for what action you would like to perform
- Decrease Weight
- Increase Weight
- Edit Initial Weight
- Enter the desired amount or weight under the appropriate column
- Select a Reason in the drop down, if applicable (Other)
- Save your changes
