# How do I Print Chain of Custody Forms for Orders?

## Chain of Custody forms can be printed out from the Order page

1. Go to ****Orders**** in the menu bar and find the desired ****Order****
2. Click the ****Order Actions**** button above the list of Samples and select ****Chain of Custody****
3. ****Print**** as many Chain of Custody forms as you would like

4. Alternatively, **Chain of Custody** forms can be printed by selecting the three dots next to the desired Order in the **Orders** page
