# Why Can't I Find my Sample or Order?

1. After searching for your Sample and Order under the **Samples** and **Orders** tabs, please check if you have multiple accounts (sometimes there are duplicates under your email) by clicking on your name in the top right corner. Check for your order in all your accounts.

2. If you wish to merge your duplicate accounts, please contact [support@confidentlims.com](mailto:support@confidentlims.com)
3. If there is no duplicate account, please contact [support@confidentlims.com](mailto:support@confidentlims.com) indicating the sample or order number you cannot access.
