How do I Add, Remove, or Update my license?

Maintain laboratory business licenses in your Confident LIMS account to ensure they are most up to date.

Add a License

To add a new license:

Step 1: Go to Settings

Go to Settings > Organization using the menu bar on the left. Then go to the Licenses tab.

Step 2: Add new License

Click the Add New License button and fill out the license number, type, and designation. Give your license a nickname, click Add License.

Labs will now be able to use this license for testing orders.

Update a License

To update a license, add a new license as described above and remove the old one.

Remove a License

To remove an existing license:

Step 1: Go to Settings

Go to Settings > Organization using the menu bar on the left. Then go to the Licenses tab.

Step 2: Remove the License

Click on the Remove button on the right-hand side of the license you want to remove.

Click Remove in the dialog to confirm removing the license.
