      How do I change the test packages for Samples in an existing Order?

      Changing a test package after the order has been placed

      1. Find the Order you want to edit (How do I find an Order?)

      2. Make sure the Order is in the Placed or In Progress stage. If the Order is in Completed stage, you cannot add or remove Samples from an Order. If you need to make this change, you must return Order to the In Progress stage

      3. Click the light grey Edit Order boxhow do i change test packages1

      4. On the next page, follow the steps to edit the order or select the pencil icon under the Edit column to edit a sample

      5. You can then change the test package(s) in the Edit Sample screen.
