How do I Clear my Cache & Cookies?
Clearing your cache and cookies is a common troubleshooting step that can help to resolve some issues such as login errors and the system not behaving as expected.
Google Chrome

Open Google Chrome on your computer

Click the three-dot menu icon ( ⋮ ) in the top-right corner of the browser

Select Delete browsing data from the menu

In the dialog that appears, choose a time range (select All time to clear everything)

Ensure the following boxes are checked:

Cookies and other site data

Cached images and files
-

Click Delete data

Microsoft Edge

Open Microsoft Edge on your computer

Click the three-dot menu icon ( … ) in the top-right corner

Go to Settings, then select Privacy -> Clear browsing data

Under the Clear browsing data section, click Choose what to clear

Select the Dates you want to clear

Click Clear now

Open Firefox

Click the menu bar at the top of the screen

Select Settings

Navigate to Privacy & Security

Scroll to the Cookies and Site Data section

Click Clear Data…

The Clear browsing data and cookies dialog will open. Select:

Cookies and site data

Temporary cached files and pages

- Select When in the drop down for the Dates you'd like to clear

Click Clear

After clearing your cache & cookies:
- You will be logged out of the system and will need to sign back in
- Some personalized settings, filters, or preferences may be reset
- Pages may load slightly slower on your first visit as new cache data is rebuilt
