How do I Create a QC Sample?

1. Navigate to QC Data in the menu bar

2. Select the QC Samples tab and click Create New QC Sample
   
   

3. Enter either Analytical Batch ID or QC Sample ID, or both

4. Enter other QC Sample information and select the QC Template to be used

5. Click Create Sample
   
   

6. Input data and information according to the QC Template selected

   NOTE: When entering data, the underlying cell formulas are not editable

   Optional: Require check box for Sample Reviewed
   
   

7. Click Save Sample
