How do I Generate Reports in Bulk?

Generating Reports from the Samples List Table

1. Navigate to Samples -> List
2. Select the samples that you would like to generate reports for
3. Click "Actions"
4. Select "Generate Reports"
   

Generating Reports for an entire Sample Order

1. Navigate to Orders
2. Find and select the order you would like to generate reports for
3. In the Order page click "Actions"
4. Select "Generate Reports"
   
   

Auto Generating Reports Using Assay Statuses

You can have report drafts automatically generate when the samples' assays reach a specific status (ex. "Reviewed"). To enable this functionality, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to Settings -> Laboratory -> General
2. Scroll down to Samples -> Assay Status
3. Select the three dots next to the status you would like to set as the auto-generation status
4. Select Set as auto-generate COA status
   
   
5. Report drafts will now automatically generate when all assays are in the status set
