Labs can select samples and send only the COAs that are ready to share with clients without completing an entire order.
To Partially Complete an Order:
- In the Order page, go to Order Actions -> Publish Results
- Select the Samples in the Order that you would like to publish
- Notify and add an optional message to the Client by selecting the check box Send email to client
- Clients will only be able to access data and reports for the Samples that have been published. The Order status will remain In Progress until all Samples are published and the Order is Completed as normal.
NOTE: If the Complete partial order box is checked when updating the Order status, the Order status will update to Completed and Clients will see the status as Completed. Utilize the Publish Results option in the Order Actions drop down described above to keep the Order status as In Progress.
