How do I re-upload Reports to a Completed Order?

Uploading an updated report to a closed order

1. Find the Order with the Samples you want to report

2. Click the red Return to In Progress button on the top right

3. Re-generate the Reports in the Reporting tool

4. Once you Complete the order again, this will re-send your Client an email

5. Remember, you can only create Reports for Samples that are In Progress
