How do I Re-Issue or Re-Upload Reports to a Completed Order?

This article describes how to regenerate or upload an updated report for a previously completed order

  1. Find the Order with the Samples you want to report

  2. Click the red Return to In Progress button on the top right

  3. Regenerate and republish the Reports, or upload a report pdf using the Actions in the Order page

  4. Once you Complete the order again, this will re-send your Client an email
