How do I Add a Signature for a Team Member?

Admins can upload and edit team member signatures in the Laboratory Settings.

  1. Navigate to Settings -> Laboratory -> Team
  2. Set the Signatory Title for the Team Member in the Signatory Title column by clicking the pencil icon.
  3. Drag and drop or click on the box in the Signature Image column to upload the signature image that should be applied for the team member.
    NOTE: Signature image files should be in JPG or PNG format. Prior to uploading, try to crop the image to a reasonable size.
  4. To set a default signatory, select the check box next to the User's name that you would like to be defaulted in the "Default Signatory" column.
