What should I do if I cannot sign into my account?
- If this is your first time signing into your Confident LIMS account, please
make sure you accepted the invitation to your Confident LIMS account through the link that was sent to your email.
- If you had access to your account already, make sure you are using
the correct email as you log-in.
- Try resetting your password by clicking on "reset password" under
password field and check your email for reset password link.
- Try clearing your browsing history and cookies as it sometimes
prevents accessing your account.
