Place Order with Lab in your State
Here are the steps to place an Order with a Lab in your state:
Step 1: Start a new Lab Order
Click the New Lab Order link on the left-hand side menu, or click here for a shortcut.
Step 2: Select the Lab you want to test with
Select one of your Labs (My Labs) or find one from your state (All Available Labs) and click the Place Order button.
Step 3: Add Samples to your Order
Add Samples to your Order. If you're in a state that uses Metrc, you also have the option to add a Sample from Metrc or add multiple Samples at once from a Metrc Manifest.
To add a Sample:

Click the Add New Sample button.

Fill in the Sample Details and select the Test Package(s) you want to order. Fill in any of the additional Sample information that is relevant for your Sample.

Save your Sample. You can save your Sample in one of three ways; Save and Close to save your Sample and close the window, Save and Add Another to save and create a new blank Sample, and Save and Clone Sample to save and create a copy of your Sample with the same information.
To add Samples from a Metrc Manifest:
Save time by adding your Samples from a Metrc Manifest. To enable Metrc integrated features, add a Metrc API Key to your Confident LIMS account.
Before adding Samples from a Metrc Manifest, make sure your Manifest is created in Metrc. Samples can be added from both pending and accepted Transfer Manifests.
Once it has been created in Metrc, follow these steps to add your Samples:

Click the Add Samples from METRC Manifest button.

Choose Client License, i.e. the license you are using for this Order, and click Select License.

Log into Metrc. If you have already logged into Metrc from your Confident Cannabis account, select from the list of existing Metrc user login information.

Choose Lab License, i.e. the license the lab is using for this Order, and click Select License.

Select the Manifest from the list of accepted and pending transfers and click Submit.

On each Sample, click the + on the left-hand side of the Sample to fill in the remaining Sample Details and select the Test Package(s) you want to order. Fill in any of the additional Sample information that is relevant for your Sample.

Click Save and Close, and repeat step 6 for each of the Samples in your Order.
To add a Sample from Metrc:
Save time by adding your Sample from Metrc. To enable Metrc integrated features, add a Metrc API Key to your Confident LIMS account.
Before adding a Sample from a Metrc Package, make sure your Package is created in Metrc.
Once it has been created in Metrc, follow these steps to add your Samples:

Click the Add Sample from METRC button.

Choose Client License, i.e. the license you are using for this Order, and click Select License.

Fill in the Metrc Package ID.

Click the + on the left-hand side of the Sample to fill in the remaining Sample Details and select the Test Package(s) you want to order. Fill in any of the additional Sample information that is relevant for your Sample.

Save your Sample. You can save your Sample in one of three ways; Save and Close to save your Sample and close the window, Save and Add Another to save and create a new blank Sample, and Save and Clone Sample to save and create a copy of your Sample with the same information.
Step 4: Select delivery method
Select your preferred delivery method (Pickup or Drop-Off), select the delivery location, and click Continue.
Add a new pickup address if you prefer pickup and don't see your address in the list.
Step 5: Review your Order
Review your Order details, add any additional comment or information, and click Submit Order.
Place Order with Out-of-State Lab
To place an order with a lab that is not in your state, you need to add a pick-up address that is located in the state of your desired lab.
Follow these steps to place an Order with a state in a different state:

Go to Settings and Organization, and click on the Addresses tab, or click here for a shortcut.

Click the Add New Address button.
3.Input an address that is located in the state that your desired lab is located in. Please note a valid Zip code is required.

Step 2: Select the Lab you want to test with
Select one of your Labs (My Labs) or find one from your state (All Available Labs) and click the Place Order button.

Add Samples to your Order. If you're in a state that uses Metrc, you also have the option to add a Sample from Metrc or add multiple Samples at once from a Metrc Manifest.
