Since you sometimes need to re-generate a report on a Sample, you may need to go back and find previously generated versions of the report.
All lab users can view the version history of a report on the Sample. Go to the Sample that you want to view the report version history for. On the Sample page, click the Reports button.
Underneath Reports is a list of all the previously generated reports for the Sample. Click on the version you want to view.
To help tell each version apart, each version has a time stamp with the date and time that the report was generated.
Only Reports generated after September 30, 2020 will be retrievable in the report history. Reports generated before this date are available upon request by contacting support@confidentlims.com.
