Your email is your user name to the account.
If this is your first time accessing your account, please make sure you have accepted the invitation to your account that was sent to your email. Otherwise please request the account owner or admin to add you to the account through Settings > Organization > Team > add new user. You will receive an email with a link to accept from team@confidentcannabis.com.
If you have not received the email, please check your spam folder. You can also register a user account with the email on this Registration Page and be redirected to a screen to accept the invitation. If this doesn’t work, you can see all pending invitations by clicking Settings → User → Invites after registering a login.
If you are still having difficulty with your user name, please email us an order number so we can help to locate your account and user name.
