If the Lab's license is not appearing on reports that are generated, it could be due to a license not being associated with the Order.
To check that a license is associated or to associate a Lab license with an Order, first navigate to the order of interest. Select Edit Order.
Note: The Order must be in Placed or In Progress status to Edit.
In the Edit Order screen, select Change Lab License.
Select the Lab License you would like to associate with the Order.
Continue through the process of updating the Order. Once the Order has been updated, try regenerating any reports where the Lab License was not appearing.
