How do I Add, Update, or Remove a License?

Ensure that your testing Labs use the correct license on your orders by adding and maintaining all your business licenses in your Confident LIMS account.

Add a License

To add a new license:

  1. Go to Settings -> Organization using the menu bar on the left and navigate to the Licenses tab.

  2. Click the Add New License button and fill out the license number, type, and designation. Give your license a nickname, click Add License.

Labs will now be able to use this license for testing orders.

Edit a License

To edit a license:

  1. Go to Settings -> Organization using the menu bar on the left and navigate to the Licenses tab
  2. Select the Edit button next to the license you would like to edit and make the necessary updates

Remove a License

To remove an existing license:

  1. Go to Settings -> Organization using the menu bar on the left and navigate to the Licenses tab. Click on the Remove button on the right-hand side of the license you want to remove. Click Remove in the dialog to confirm removing the license.
