How do I Add, Edit, or Remove a Pickup Address?

You can set up the option for labs to pick up your samples or product at any location that you choose.

Add a Pickup Address

Here are the steps to add a new pickup address:

  1. Log in to your Confident LIMS account. Go to Settings and Organization, and click on the Addresses tab

  2. Scroll down to the Pickup Addresses section and click the Add button. Name your address, fill in the address information, and add any pickup instructions the lab will need to pickup Orders. A valid Zip Code is required.

  3. Click the Submit button to save your new address

 

 

Remove or Edit a Pickup Address

Here are the steps to remove a pickup address:

  1. Log in to your Confident LIMS account. Go to Settings and Organization, and click on the Addresses tab
  2. Scroll down to the Pickup Addresses section and find the pickup address you want to edit or remove in the list of pickup addresses
  3. To edit an address, select the Edit button on the right of the address to edit the address
  4. To remove an address, select the Delete button on the right of the address to remove it. Note that this action is irreversible and cannot be undone. If you delete an address by mistake, you need to add it again.
