Add Pickup Address
Here are the steps to add a new pickup address:
Step 1: Go to manage your Settings
Log in to your Confident LIMS account. Go to Settings and Organization, and click on the Addresses tab, or click here for a shortcut.
Step 2: Add your new pickup address
Scroll down to the Pickup Addresses section and click the Add New Address button. Name your address, fill in the address information, and add any pickup instructions the lab will need to pickup Orders. A valid Zip Code is required.
Click the Submit button to save your new address.
Remove Pickup Address
Here are the steps to remove a new pickup address:
Step 1: Go to manage your Settings
Log in to your Confident LIMS account. Go to Settings and Organization, and click on the Addresses tab, or click here for a shortcut.
Step 2: Find the pickup address you want to remove
Scroll down to the Pickup Addresses section and find the pickup address you want to remove in the list of pickup addresses.
Step 3: Remove the address
Click the Delete button on the far right of the address to remove it. Note that this action is irreversible and cannot be undone. If you delete an address by mistake, you need to add it again.
