Organizational data on the Certificate of Analysis is pulled from the General page on the account.
Information that appears on your Certificate Analysis such as company name, number, and email can be edited on the General page.
To access the General page:

Go to Settings
-
Select Organization
Please note that you must be an admin/owner to access this page. In addition, if your Certificate of Analysis has already been generated, you will need to reach out to your lab to regenerate with the new information.
