How do I correct a missing or wrong signatory?

To update or fix report signatures

  1. If you are missing a signatory, make sure that a signatory is selected in all assays where data exists.

  2. If you are still not seeing the signatory on a report, contact support@confidentlims.com.
  3. If the wrong signatory is populating, please provide Confident LIMS with a new signature image by sending the image to support@confidentlims.com.
