How do I Correct a Missing or Wrong Signatory on a Report?

To update or fix report signatures

  1. If you are missing a signatory, make sure that a signatory is selected in all assays where data exists. See How do I Add a Signature for a Team Member? for more information.

  2. If you are still not seeing the signatory on a report or if the wrong signatory is populating, contact support@confidentlims.com.
