Uploading Additional Documents for Internal Purposes
- Navigate to Orders in the menu bar
- Find the desired order
- On the right hand side of the Order page, within the Attachments box select Choose Files to upload document(s)
Uploading Additions to a COA
- Navigate to the Sample page
- Select Additional Files -> Upload COA Addition
- Upload the desired document or file
- The document will appear as an addition to the COA/report generated and be visible to the client
5. COA additions can also be uploaded within the Order page under Actions -> More for a Sample
