How do I upload additional documents?

Uploading Additional Documents for Internal Purposes

  1. Navigate to Orders in the menu bar
  2. Find the desired order
  3. On the right hand side of the Order page, within the Attachments box select Choose Files to upload document(s)

Uploading Additions to a COA

  1. Navigate to the Sample page
  2. Select Additional Files -> Upload COA Addition
  3. Upload the desired document or file
  4. The document will appear as an addition to the COA/report generated and be visible to the client

5.  COA additions can also be uploaded within the Order page under Actions -> More for a Sample
