I accidentally placed an order under the wrong client, how do I fix this?

If a mistake it made where the wrong Client is selected when placing an Order, the laboratory can change the Client or move the Order to the correct client.

To change the Client for an Order:

  1. Navigate to Orders 
  2. Find the Order that needs the Owner changed
  3. In the Order page, under Order Actions click "Change Client"
  4. Search for the desired Client
  5. Select the desired Client and License
  6. Confirm moving the order to the desired Client
