How do I Print Chain of Custody Forms?

Chain of Custody forms can be printed out.

1. Go to Orders in the menu bar and find the desired Order

2. Click the Order Actions button above the list of Samples and select Chain of Custody

3. Print as many Chain of Custody forms as you like
