How do I Print Chain of Custody Forms for Orders?

Chain of Custody forms can be printed out from the Order page

  1. Go to Orders in the menu bar and find the desired Order

  2. Click the Order Actions button above the list of Samples and select Chain of Custody

  3. Print as many Chain of Custody forms as you would like
