Why am I am unable to close an order?

Clients must have an owner invite sent and accepted before the order can be closed.

To send an owner invite:

  • Go to the Client page (or click here)
  • Select the Client for the order that needs to be closed
  • Select the + Invite  next to Team Members
  • Add the owner email for the account
    • Note: If the invitation for the owner of the Client account has already been sent, check that the owner has accepted the invitation.
