Why am I Unable to Close an Order?
Clients must have an owner invite sent and accepted before the order can be closed.
To send an owner invite:
- Go to the Client page (or click here)
- Select the Client for the order that needs to be closed
- Select the + Invite next to Team Members

- Add the owner email for the account
- Note: If the invitation for the owner of the Client account has already been sent, check that the owner has accepted the invitation.
