Update User Notification Settings

User notification settings direct how you receive communication-related to Orders, Invoices, and more.

 

To update your notification settings:

Step 1: Go to Settings

Click the User tab, or click here for a shortcut. Scroll down to Notifications.

Step 1: Update your notification settings

Select the notifications you want to receive and how to receive them (email or SMS).

We would recommend always having both email and SMS notifications enabled for "Order Created", "Order Cancelled", and "Order Edited". By doing so, it'll help ensure you never miss an order request or an update to an order request.

To edit the email and phone number at which you receive notifications, head to your User Profile here.
