How do I Update User Notification Settings?

User notification settings direct how you receive communication-related to Orders, Invoices, and more.

To Set Team Notification Preferences

  1. Navigate to Settings → Organization → Team
  2. Mark the check boxes for notifications fore each team member to receive under Email Settings and SMS Settings

Pro Tip: We recommend always having both email and SMS notifications enabled for "Order Created", "Order Cancelled", and "Order Edited". By doing so, it will help ensure you never miss an order request or an update to an order request.

To enable email and SMS notifications or edit the email and phone number at which you receive notifications

  1. Navigate to Settings → User
  2. Scroll down to Email and Phone sections
  3. Enter or edit your email and phone number
  4. Mark the check boxes to enable notifications for the email and phone number entered
