How do I Update Notification Settings?

User notification settings direct how you receive email communication related to your lab testing Orders.

When you sign up, all email notifications are automatically turned on to make sure you don't miss any important communication about orders or your account.

Make sure your contact information is most up to date by navigating to Settings -> User -> Profile

If you are part of multiple organizations on Confident LIMS, navigate to the Teams tab and select which Organizations you would like to receive emails for under Order Emails Enabled.

We recommend always having email enabled. By doing so, it'll help ensure you never miss your results. You can also contact your Organization’s account Administrator or Owner to check your email notification settings or update your email notifications. Team email notification settings can be updated for steps throughout the Order process by going to Settings -> Organization -> Team.
