Why can I not Access my Account?

  1. If you are an existing user and were able to access your account previously, please try resetting your password by clicking on "reset password" under the password field. You will receive an email with a link to reset it from team@confidentcannabis.com. If you do not receive one, please check your spam folder. If the password reset doesn't work, please try clearing your browsing history and cookies, as they sometimes prevent access to your account.
  2. If this is your first time accessing your Confident account, please make sure you accepted the invitation to your account that was sent to your email. Otherwise, please request the account owner or admin to add you to the account through Settings > Organization > Team > Add New User. You will receive an email with a link to accept from team@confidentcannabis.com. If you have not received the email, please check your spam folder. You can also register a user account with the email on this Register Page and be redirected to a screen to accept the invitation. If this doesn’t work, you can see all pending invitations by clicking Settings → User → Invites after registering a login. 
  3. If you logged into your Confident account but do not see the account you wish to view, please click on your name in the top right corner to see all the accounts associated with your email and click on the one you wish to view.
