Why can't I find my order

  1. Please check if you have multiple accounts (sometimes there are duplicates under your email) by clicking on your name in the top right corner. Check for your order in all your accounts. If you wish to merge your duplicate accounts, please contact client.support@confidentlims.com
  2. If there is no duplicate account, please contact client.support@confidentlims.com indicating the order number you cannot access.
