Why can't I find my order?
- After searching for your Order under the Orders tab, please check if you have multiple accounts (sometimes there are duplicates under your email) by clicking on your name in the top right corner. Check for your order in all your accounts.

- If there is no duplicate account, please contact support@confidentlims.com indicating the order number you cannot access.
